Who am I?

Grace Graham-Myers, she/her

My goals as a therapist are rooted in valuing authenticity and honesty while fostering a safe, nurturing environment where you feel supported and understood. I strive to create a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, knowing you are met with compassion and respect. While therapy should feel comfortable, I also believe in gently challenging you in ways that promote growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change. As your therapist, you’ll never have to wonder what I’m thinking—I strive to match your honesty with my own, fostering an open and transparent partnership in our work together.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can often find me curled up with a romance, fantasy, or mystery novel, spending time with my cats, Winry and Dutch, or exploring city trails on a casual bike ride. I love experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes and unwinding with a good movie. Trying to practice what I preach, I lean into my hobbies to help me find a healthy work/life balance.

  • Winry

Will play fetch if you give her a ball

This grouchy lady would do anything for a snuggle. Don’t let her crusty face fool you. She is an 8 year old rescue.

  • Dutch

    Dracula wanna-be

This chunky monkey would do anything for a Scooby snack. He is a 3 year old rescue.

  • Personal space?

    Winry doesn’t know it

Whenever I’m winding down for the day, I can always count on my kitties to keep me company.
